Alan Wong Opening Restaurant at Grand Wailea | Business
Good news for Valley Isle diners! Alan Wong is heading to Maui.
Chef Wong will open a restaurant at the Grand Wailea early next year.
Details are still in the works, but Wong says he plans to utilize a lot of Maui farmers.
This will be his third restaurant after Alan Wong Restaurant and the Pineapple Room on Oahu.
